When I was younger, I always dreamed of owning my own dance school. After several years of teaching for other people, and watching how they ran their businesses, I decided it was time for myself to create my own business.
With 7 years worth of training at local dance schools and in London with Pineapple Dance Studios, I gained a handful of performance tips and tricks, discovering the buzz that dance opportunities (for example music videos and live shows) could give you. This made me want to give other people those opportunities that I had.
At the age of 20, I am teaching all over Southend, Essex. at a number of dance schools, as well as running my own private business.
'C.F.D Dance School' is a dance school for people with and without additional needs. Growing up with a younger sibling who has an additional need made me see things through a different lens. I want to offer a safe space for people to feel welcome, for people to not feel judged, and for people to just be themselves and express their inner emotions/feelings.
I am so thankful to have such amazing, supportive friends and family. Without them, this would all still be a dream in my head.

This class is a favourite among many of our students. This class aims t work on building students confidence as well as developing their social skills. Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. We’re happy to answer any questions you have about this class or any others - simply contact us or stop by.
TEAM TRAINING
Let’s Do It
If you'd like to push your dance training that little bit further, our team training would be perfect for you! Our teams train once a week. We offer opportunities such as live performances, charity events and competitions for all team members. Fancy a trial - message us for further details.
